The tax return will be delivered using secure cloud computing, USPS, or FedEx. Additional fees may apply. Prior to paying please review the income tax return to make sure that you have supplied my office with all the information necessary to prepare a complete and accurate return.
Upon receipt of payment and properly signed and date electronic filing forms and engagement letter the tax return will be electronically filed. Once the return has been filed no refunds will be issued.
Once our office has received the information that you have submitted we will prepare the tax return. Prior to the return being sent back to you via client portal, USPS or Fedex my office will contact you to review the items that have been submitted, discuss any potential tax savings that you (the client) may have overlooked when sending the original set of paperwork. After the phone consultation if there are no further changes my staff will review the data entry portion of the return which includes but it not limited to pedigree information, W-2s, 1099’s, 1098’s etc. Once reviewed the return will be sent back for your final review. The total time of completion from when we first receive the information to when the completed tax return/extension of time to file for most clients is between 1-5 business days. Due to the complexity of some returns it may take 30-60 days for the delivery of a properly prepared tax return, completeness and accuracy rather than time being the primary factor in preparation time.
